We need you to help us develop and implement digital solutions at headquarters to further optimize our operations in all countries and take our business to the next level. This means that you will ensure that APCOA stays ahead of the competition as our Manager Operational Excellence (m/w/d).
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement smart digital solutions for parking, EV charging and Urban Hubs
- Automate our labour intense processes and find ways to reduce the amount of deployed hardware
- Provide customer friendly, seamless digital solutions to further increase customer satisfaction
- Cooperate closely with our countries to conduct best practice sharing and drive implementation
- Report directly to APCOA’s Chief Operations Officer
Your Qualification:
- Business or technical bachelor's/master's degree and affinity to new, digital solutions
- First professional experience in operations environment (ideally consultancy background)
- Strong analytical skills coupled with a hands-on mentality
- Very good communication skills with collaboration & teamwork as preferred working methods
- Willingness to travel to our European subsidiaries when required for specific projects
